Guidelines for the English Learning Corner Activities for the First Semester of the Academic Year 2024:

1. Please pay attention to the location information of the sessions and read the activity descriptions carefully before registering!
2. To maintain the quality of the courses, each class is limited to 30 participants, with priority entry given to those who register online.
3. If online registrants do not check in within 10 minutes after the activity starts, their registration will be canceled, and spots will be filled by on-site registrants.
4. Those who complete registration but are absent without a valid reason for a cumulative total of 3 times will have their online registration privileges revoked.
5. Please be sure to sign in before the class, scan the QR code to fill out the questionnaire, and sign out after the activity to ensure you receive points for that activity. (If you do not sign in before the activity starts, you must have proof from the teacher or teaching assistant that you have participated in the entire activity to make up the sign-in.)
6. Since spots are limited, please make sure you can attend the activity on the day before registering to avoid occupying a spot and affecting other students' rights!
7. When registering, please confirm that your student ID number, name, and other personal information are correct to avoid being unable to log into the WAC system to receive points.
8. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful registration. If you do not receive a notification, you may attend based on available spots on-site. Entry will not be permitted once the maximum number of participants is reached.
