The I-Ching, Historic Heroes and Wisdom

Over the past 2,500 years, The I-Ching has been one of the Chinese classical texts read by many Chinese people, and the historic heroes portrayed in textbooks and biographies are the perfect roles models for us to look up to. Unfortunately, people today tend to overlook the “ancient wisdom” found in The I-Ching, which is our cultural treasure, and the inspirational stories from our ancestors, which can help us cope with difficult situations in our time.   This course aims to teach students how to connect the minds of historic heroes with the wisdom of I-Ching through “Horizontal Thinking: Reasoning.”
