EAP寫作輔導室
語言與文化中心提供個別的寫作諮詢，專門針對您在學術論文寫作上遇到的問題，給予專業建議。
諮詢時長：每次諮詢時間為50分鐘。申請者需在諮詢開始時說明摘要和具體問題。
提供諮詢的領域：我們會就學術論文的基本架構、寫作邏輯、文章的連貫性以及字句的流暢性等方面提出建議，並提供英文摘要繕改服務，但不包括英文摘要以外之修改、翻譯或編修的服務。
適用文件範圍：學位論文章節、期刊論文、會議論文、學期報告、計畫提案、英文摘要、學術簡報及海報、信件履歷、英語檢定作文及其他學術相關文件。
文件限制：每次諮詢只能提交一份文件。對於超過5頁的長篇文件，申請者需要指明主要的討論部分或章節。
申請條件與程序：
• 該服務僅對本校教職員和學生開放，學生（包括大學部與研究所）有優先權。每人不可預約連續兩場諮詢。
• 預約將在諮詢時段的前2週開放。預約請至線上預約網址：https://forms.gle/TK7uSvqtYWCH8e3a8。
• 每個時段只接受一人預約。如果需要取消預約，請在諮詢前3個工作天通知（田小姐，R121121@gap.kmu.edu.tw, 07-3121101 #2116 #300），否則將被禁止一個月內使用諮詢服務。

諮詢日注意事項：
• 請攜帶學生證或員工證以便確認身份。
• 請準備兩份稿件，一份給諮詢老師，一份用於自我註記。中心的所有成員都已簽署保密協議。
• 請提前10分鐘到達中心進行報到，遲到者諮詢時間不延長。
• 諮詢開始前，請先口頭說明您的摘要和問題。
• 諮詢結束後，請完成「EAP寫作輔導諮詢回饋單」的填寫。
• 中心保留知會申請人之指導老師之權利，但申請者有權決定是否允許其指導老師查看諮詢的詳細內容。
EAP Writing Center
The Center for Languages and Culture offers individual writing consultations, specifically designed to address your challenges in academic paper writing, providing expert advice.
Consultation Duration:
Each session lasts for 50 minutes. Applicants are required to present a summary and specific issues at the beginning of the consultation.
Consultation Areas:
We offer advice on the basic structure, writing logic, coherence, and fluency of sentences in academic papers. We also provide services for revising English abstracts, but our services do not include modifications, translations, or editing beyond the English abstracts.
Applicable Document Types:
Sections of a thesis, journal articles, conference papers, semester reports, project proposals, English abstracts, academic presentations and posters, cover letters, resumes, English proficiency test essays, and other related academic documents.
Document Limitation:
Only one document can be submitted per consultation. For documents exceeding 5 pages, applicants must specify the primary discussion sections or chapters.
Application Criteria and Procedures:
• This service is available to faculty and students of this institution, with priority given to students (both undergraduate and graduate). Individuals cannot book two consecutive sessions.
• Reservations open 2 weeks before the consultation period. Please book at the online reservation URL: https://forms.gle/TK7uSvqtYWCH8e3a8.
• Only one person per slot is allowed. If cancellation is necessary, notify us 3 working days in advance (Miss Chan, R121121@gap.kmu.edu.tw, 07-3121101 ext. 2116 #300), or face a one-month ban from using the consultation service.
• Uninformed absence will result in a 3-month ban from accessing the center’s consultation resources.

On the Day of Consultation, Please Note:
• Bring your student or employee ID for identity verification.
• Prepare two copies of the document; one for the consultant and another for your own annotations. All center members have signed a confidentiality agreement.
• Arrive at the center 10 minutes early for check-in; consultation time will not be extended for latecomers.
• Begin the session by verbally presenting your abstract and issues.
• After the consultation, complete the "EAP Writing Consultation Feedback Form."
• The center reserves the right to inform the applicant’s advisor but applicants can decide whether to allow their advisors to review the detailed content of the consultation.
